The Mother’s pray with the Pastor and assist him with various tasks to include communion, ministering to young congregants and providing spiritual guidance and representation with church activities and events. Their wisdom and experience are used to help communicate to the church leadership the desires and needs of the Pastor when challenges arise within the congregation. The Mothers believe that the Godly way is to ‘lead by example’ and to always pray to God for direction.
